I road a former members 1150 which had a Busa shock. The thing pulled like a train on nitromethane!

Went out to the workshop on Tuesday as the temperatures were above freezing, finally.  Took all of about 3 seconds to get the old ST-1100 to fire up after sitting for 5 or 6 weeks in below freezing temperatures.  Not bad for a 27 year old Bike.  Mr.Honda does build some good stuff.

Yes they are, since around 75 ish ..they ran Kayaba forks for around two years..single disc on them.
I cut many of those reflector blocks off them  over the years.. On the lathe and on the mill. And turned some FXWG lowers back to looking like FLH ones.

Billy that is some fine work. Love the look of rejuvenated aluminum. Better than chrome in some ways.

Thanks for sharing. Missing the bike work these days with the house build. Can't wait to get back at it. It will be hard to get me out of the new setting when done. Hope to get a few projects done.

Keep those pictures coming please.

Took the Lemon out for her first real ride since the re-assembly.

Fuel leaks are all gone thanks to some better fuel line clamps.

Runs like a dream, sounds fantastic.

Very happy even though it's a bit more cramped than before.
