Kamloops powder coating would do a frame in the 250$ range I would guess.

Princess Auto carries lifts of a similar nature. I've seen them on sale a few times a year around $400. I have one and LOVE it. Sure saves the back.

I rewired the license plate light on the Duc today. Nice bright LED (that works all the time!) now!
