Princess Auto carries lifts of a similar nature.  I've seen them on sale a few times a year around $400.  I have one and LOVE it.  Sure saves the back.

I rewired the license plate light on the Duc today. Nice bright LED (that works all the time!) now!  Cool

Where is a good place to get a sportster frame painted and what would it cost ?
If you are going Black consider POR15, it brushes on but the brush marks disappear and it's supposed to be as hard as the hobs of hell. I used it on my old MG loop frame.
