Was at Shail’s bike shop this afternoon,,,another R90S on display. A fairly soiled ‘08 1200 GS rolls in, running fine. Older white haired fellow goes inside. Find out this bike has just returned from a Vancouver/Tuk/Ushuaia/Vancouver tour this 2023. Trouble free,,,,tires, fluid changes, nothing else!! This gave me bit of confidence in my decision I made 15 yrs and 100,000 kms ago.

Past rides include a 1973 Suzuki GT380 & a 1975 Kawasaki Z1B
I currently ride a 1975 Kawasaki Z1B - Classic Plated
I also ride a 1980 Kawasaki KZ 1000 LTD - Classic Plated, and a 2006 Honda Goldwing with a Daytona 2+2 sidecar
My Sweetums rides a 2019 Suzuki DR650

I don’t play favourites with my day to day bikes. If it causes trouble it’s bloody well gone!!
