Need recomondations on a Out of Province Vehicle inspection

Got a used car from Ontario and need to have an 'out of province' vehicle inspection.  Any of you lads recommend a reputable facility and have an idea of what the inspection should cost (all repairs aside)?   Called around a few locations in Vancouver and prices for the base inspection are all over the map.  In addition, need several weeks lead time.

I think I read that Canadian Tire can do it
