Just thinking outside the box.....

Anyone for coffee at Cypress Beach (the upper lookout on the road to Cypress Bowl) tomorrow?

https://www.google.ca/maps/place/Cypress+Provincial+Park+Picnic+Area/@49.3585004,-123.2094565,16.92z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x54866e9b1e9522f3:0xc7f067143844cc0e!8m2!3d49.3583482!4d-123.2107579

Alternatively - how about Surrey Bend Regional Park - just west of the Barnston Island Ferry Dock.

I’d be up for the Surrey Bend Regional Park.

I bring my own coffee these days, but others like to walk over to a place and buy.
Had to push my Norton home a mile today, broken clutch cable. Tried timing the traffic lights but one didn’t work out. Bicycle crash last Monday meant I couldn’t push it fast enough to click it into 1st, buggered knee. Anyways, no Norton wherever we end up.

I don’t do it with my Z1 because I ride it so seldom, but I always have a spare clutch cable on my LedZed.  I have it zip tied to the active one.  It’s so easy to not lube the knob at the clutch lever.  Then it binds and eventually breaks.  Reminds me, I’d better lube it up again, it’s been a while.

  That’s a good idea. I’ll order 2 cables tonite.

I will do Surrey. Do I need any kind of weapon, or is my bullet proof vest enough?

Just be careful around any Christian churches, they seem to be spontaneously igniting right now.

You guys should have included the poor guy on the black BMW with yellow trim.  Haven't you seen all the protest marches, posters and rainbow painted crosswalks promoting inclusivity?
He must have felt terrible, I hope nobody threw their muffin wrapper at him.

Stan, seriously, they let me lick the muffin wrappers before they chucked them into the burnt grass. I feel truly included my man!!!! Heck, Kiwi Dave didn’t even ask me to ‘sod off’ before he took that pic. Well maybe he did, I just pretended not to hear him.
Funny, clutch cable on my Norton lasts maybe 5 years, clutch cable on the Messerschmitt BB lasting 31 years, soft as a ,,,,,well,,,,,it’s easy to use.

Last Sunday John and I weren't paying attention and we went to Fort Langley instead. Maybe it was a good thing because we met a couple of very nice Gents riding old BMW's. They promised to return for this Sunday to meet the rest of the group.
Soooooo can we gather at our regular spot in the park on Sunday?

I’ll be at the Fort Stan. Hopefully nobody asks about my missed shift on my Breganze Bomber. It wasn’t pretty.
