Went out to Ladner today, pretty good turn out.

Seems everyone went out to the fort to feed the mosquitos. There was some kind of event happening there as well, lost our parking spot. Was a short morning.

Hey Stan, how's the recovery going?

I'm doing well, still have aches and pains and getting help from Physiotherapy, Kinseology and Acupuncture.
My Italian sweetheart also got banged up a bit but with the help of Jodea, Hnbbs and a really good local painter she is looking and running as good as before.

  What are the skeeters like there Kurt?? Those little fu##ers love my A positive! Fort Langley is still nuts as far as those things. I rode out to Duncan Bar after work yesterday, actually had one fly into my nose!!
