This descent on the Spiral Highway is recorded at 4X speed.  Notice how light the traffic is on this Lewiston, Idaho treasure...

This bit of road is right in Lewiston, Ross and I tried it out while we were there.

Great viewpoint up top there, woke up there a few times..drive so you get there, crash out, watch the sun comes up, enjoy the view for a while, then hit the road.
No traffic on it because. The highway now bypasses that stretch. For a lot of years now..

In the summer of 2013 I went to a PNW Suzuki GS rally in Vernonia, Oregon. Garth and I were in the group that went to visit an amazing garage and collection of old and not-so-old motorcycles, (mostly Honda), that belongs to a friend of one of the rally attendee's. Every 3rd Tuesday night they have a meeting at this fellows place, this is a vid one of them.
