I am now old. My oldest grandson just got his learners licence today. When he was asked if he had any disabilities that would affect his driving a car, he said no. The lady looked at his wheelchair and said you are in a wheelchair. He said yes but with hand controls that will not affect his ability to drive. Another lesson taught to me by him.
