I have used this stuff a few times and been impressed with it. It's putty like so you can shape it and opposed to regular JB weld which is a bit runny. I used it for a broken boss on a Yamaha case.

No idea, some form of epoxy. Cut a piece off and work the black and grey colours together and form it to whatever.

Works good on rust pinholes in windshield frames too.
