Ryan, if you did not live in Alberta, you could have bought a Smart Car, and had room for another bike, as well...
....at least, everything is parked inside, that's the prime objective.

Hi Ryan, move'n on up huh...great to see ya do'n so well mate...life must be good in the forgotten bad lands of Alberta...lol.
Nice choice of truck, a four door, looks ready for a family eh...ohoh,...not right now then eh, ok...
The bike looks clean, as normally would with you as owner, the truck however will be a challenge for anyone with winter here now...
So have fun man, and keep yer stick on the ice...

Started off the new year doing some much needed maintenance on the Kawasaki Concours. The latest purchase from this past August.
Valve adjustment, air filter cleaned and oiled, motor oil/filter and rear drive gear oil were changed out by me shortly after the purchase.
Just by what I could see.........or couldn't see .........I knew that this bike had not received much maintenance attention.
Lubing and adjusting throttle cables today. They needed it badly.

Went out to Chilliwack to finally bring the Goldwing home. Took about an hour to get her going! Not happy about being locked in a barn for three months I guess. Nice ride home.
Happy New Year All!!!

removed 2 allen key screws from the beemer's rear mudguard and now am searching for my torx (yes the other screw is a torx @#$%^^&**) so just to be spitefull I went over and hugged the Rocket 3 and said to her "you would never do that kind of thing to me would you?" So back into the basement and continue the process of moving the tools up into the shop. It's not the destination but the journey that's fun.

Hooked up my new Data Logger with an O2 sensor in the tail pipe and discovered she is running very rich all throttle settings. Time to do some tuning. Lookout Maggotbreath, I'll be lurking out there next year and when we meet, tires will spin, smoke will billow and one of us will go home crying.

Now that is high-tech tuning. Must be useful though, did it cost much?

It is not cheap by the time you purchase the exhaust adapter, rpm sensor, cables etc but now I can have extremely accurate and consistent, real time air fuel mixture info. No more guessing and doing spark plug readings on the side of the road.
I may do a bit of moonlighting to help pay for it.

That's awesome Stan! Woudn't of had so much success with my Turbo bike without mine, million times better than plug chops or dyno tuning. Like you say "real world" no more guessing.

I sent the speedo and tach for the 850 away to get freshened. I'll clean up/paint the dash and brackets, have those ready when the other bits return. Now we'll see if my 110 really is 110, or 130...right, Kaw74?

I can always tell my speed just by wind pressure against my helmet
