I took the '83 1100 out for its last ride this morning before her new caretaker arrives Saturday to take her home. Yup, sold it to a gent from Seattle who'd been looking for this particular bike for a while... paid me in delicious US dollars and I actually made a couple of hundred on it! If you don't count my labour... which as an aircraft mechanic is pretty much valueless anyway.  Tongue

I'll miss her but am already looking forward to the next one... whatever she'll be!  Grin

Not sure I'll ever sell the sidecar rig... by the time my daughter outgrows it, I won't be able to balance on two wheels anymore. It's my retirement bike!  Grin

You could always do this...

The seat dyno says it is a big improvement, it is more torquey than it was in stock form. The Yoshimura exhaust is louder than the stock exhaust as well, but not enough to bother me. I am a little concerned about fuel economy, before the kit I was getting close to 60mpg, now it appears more like 45mpg. Hopefully that will improve once I get it broken in more. Do you have anything insured?

Nice looking bike Dave and it looks a little like Trevor's BMW.
