So, Nico Roy, and I went for a spin up to Mount Baker yesterday.  Absolutely fantastic!  The exclamation point to this year's riding season.

Henry and I went for a "possible last ride of the year" today. We thought we'd head up to Sun Peaks for lunch...

On the back road to Sun Peaks from Chase, in the background - Niskonlith Lake - Little Shuswap Lake and Shuswap Lake in the distance


How odd, in the middle of November on our way to a ski resort we encountered this!



It was too slimy, so we about faced and took some lower elevation gravel roads to Kamloops for a lunch there instead.
On the Kamloops/Pritchard Rd heading back to Chase



A nice 165km ride for me, cool in the higher elevations but quite comfy in the valley floor. My first ride with the 685 piston kit, fresh chain and sprockets and new tires on the KLR. Great mod that really smoothed out the ride and gave the bike a little more torque as well! Cool
