Here ya go.

A tired old 1983 CX650 Eurosport, it's been dropped a few times, it falls over by itself occasionally.

The plastics were really busticated when I bought it so they got stuck back together with Pliogrip and painted with gravel guard.

I wrapped the rusty header pipes so they look a little better.

I just got done rebuilding the rear suspension, installed a coilover shock from a XVS1100 to replace the tired old Showa air shock which has made a huge improvement in the ride. Resurfaced the rotors, new pads and rebuilt the rear caliper an master.

When I had the engine apart to replace the starter clutch I swapped in the lower primary gears from a CX500. It accelerates really well but tops out at around 100mph now. I've surprised some bigger bikes in the stoplight 500 with it.

It's the roughest looking bike in the fleet and the most reliable.

I don't know if it's vintage, classic or modern. I call it "the thing that gets ridden the most"

It's a 1983 GL650 Silverwing Interstate.

Almost as reliable.

Not as comfortable but I'm working on that. I need to get my seat refoamed.

Hey, I suggested to Trevor that it looked like a 'leg' too! Evil

Wow, if Bajaman can meet up with hayabuser and Trevor it would be quite a show of 'ugly' naked bikes! Grin

It's only UGLY when it can't kiss ass, and those bikes do that very well.  Besides having an ugly bike is much like having a fat girl friend.  Fun while you're on her, but you hope your friends don't see you.
