Hi Gerry,

I would like to join a trip into the Kootenays for next year for sure.

I had insured this year

1991 Ducati Paso
1981 RD350LC
1981 Honda CT70 Deluxe
1977 Royal Enfield
1971 BSA Firebird Bobber
1951 Ariel SQ4

I guess some of those are classics. I insure 4 or five each year so yes I ride classic all of the time, I guess. I only did about 8000 kM's this year but enjoyed every minute of it, damn this work thing.

Chris,

That gixxer looks so good. Brings back some great memories and one of the 2 scariest HS wobbles I have ever seen with my ex girlfriend backing off the throttle at about 240 while I watched from behind. I didn't know I could hold my breath that long.

What year is that again?

You are not leaving it at Dale's for good are you?

It's in really good original shape for an '89, just turned 22,000 after the ride to Chilliwack, I don't think Dale has any room for it anyway Wink
Just loaded the BSA motor,I'll call you tomorrow when we make it up that way.

Hmmm, sounds like I had better get that frame down to you soon Bear. I now have a BSA OIF frame for my Thunderbolt engine from PaulH (thanks) and a BSA B25 OIF frame waiting for a donor engineso we should talk some more.

You had some universal pattern tires you picked up in Banff in that deal. Remind me again what size those were? If they are right I might take them for the A7 and the Ariel.

Now back on topic. I will be out for some riding today before I take off for Tennessee on Friday so I will grab a photo of the RE out somewhere nice.

Weather's supposed to turn cold and white... So better ride while possible or until the chinooks clear the snow!
