So, looks like Bruce’s Country Market still operates. The still have restaurant service opening at 8:00am. I’m indifferent as to where we meet. Someone else decide. I’ll be riding my Yamaha.
Checked out The Liquitator this morning. A lot of rain pull over stuff, some Gryphon jackets, a lot of ‘non Bell’ 3/4 helmets and full face CXK helmets. A lot of leather vest and leather jackets. A lot of ‘armoured’ jean riding pants. The unfortunately for me, a lot of it is medium, and women’s sizes, so can’t even get my forearm in the jeans.
In 1967 I worked for 3 weeks at the Saskatoon Exhibition on one of the carney rides. I must have heard this song at least 50 times each day for all of those three weeks. Brings back memories of simpler times.
