We're heading out in the RV tomorrow to do some. biking on the KVRT.  Will start at Myra Station and work our way South, which is the downhill portion.  At some point after Rock Creek we plan to head North up the Kootenay Valley and into and through Kootenay Park.

That Roger Miller song suggests you had a very wet youth Stan!

Don't know why but I woke up with a thread from a song by this guy.  He played with the Beatles from time to time, including keyboards on Abby Road.  He died fairly young, but was around for the Concert for George.

I've loved this song since the 60's.  It was a #1 hit back then and came back in the 90's courtesy of Sawyer Brown.  Dave's version is full of energy but Sawyer Brown's version is a super hopped up version, with energy spilling out of the record grooves. 

The original is first.  Sawyer Brown is second.

Covered by: Annie Lennox, Nina Simone, Credence Clearwater Revival, Joe Cocker, Iza, and a girl from Norway who won Norway's Got Talent in 2014 at age 8.
