I just did the arithmetic, mine went up 40%.  Tongue

Insert obvious relevant video link here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l0zaebtU-CA

Yours went up crazy stupid last year too.  I'm surprised you didn't appeal.

We began the appeal process last year but after doing our research we decided not to go through with it. The truth is that the assessment last year was within the realm of reality. This year everyone is being hammered.

Everyone's taxes are going up, mine included. Nothin we can do about it. So listen to some good old southern blues rock and forget about it. Derek Trucks and his better half Susan Tedeschi letting it rip.

Amazing band and singer.

If someone can post "midnight in Harlem" live on etown by this bad it would be great. My old computer or me has problems with cut and paste. The musicianship of this band is HIGH.

"Pity the Fool".  That was Mr T's favourite expression.

Here you go Mark.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6GkdCiqsFUI

This song was popular when I was a teenager.

Early Stones, best Rock and Roll band ever. Back then, paper route money wouldn't buy me an LP, so 45's was it, and it got a lot of play time on the old record player I had. This is another one, even earlier, and I think it made it into the top 10 in the UK. The original 5 guys.

I always thought this was a Mitch Ryder tune, but I recently learned that Mitch's version was a cover.  Here is the original.

The Velvet Underground were a hot underground band from NYC back in the late '60's.  I didn't get too far into their music.  It wasn't my style back then.  But this song has stuck with me all these years.

Crashing Studebaker Larks!!! Live on TV???  Of course you can. Watch Chuck Negron of Three Dog Night crush it here,  [yes, always live, the great equalizer] and it makes perfect sense:

Three Dog Night are still touring, although the band membership has changed up as members died or became unable to travel.

Sidney Poitier passed away yesterday.  I will always remember him because of this song.

His linguistic abilities of the English language always impressed me, far and away better than any actor out of Hollywood. I wish more in the entertainment industry strived for such fine spoken word. Most are linguistic hacks!
The song, one of the finest melodies of all time.

This is a little more raunchy tune by someone who if he was still alive would be an ultra right wing Trump supporter.  I like the humour in it.

This duo were very popular in the '60's.  Paul McCartney used to date the sister of one of the duo.  Paul also wrote several of their hits, but not this one, which came along a bit later in their career.
