Leonard Cohen died 5 years ago today.  Here is one of many of his magnificent songs.

I'm struggling a bit to find a song to meet my mood today.  Here's one from the sixties from a group that had a few hits.

I haven't heard this song for many years.  I lived in Sudbury for a couple of years and it was a big hit back then.

Someone posted a Supertramp song a while back.  Here is another.  I had this album and played it constantly back in the day.

I thought Mark Knopfler was cancelled now because he used the word for a bundle of firewood.

Nah, just a new meaning for an older, totally suitable word or phrase.   Happens a lot.

Kylie Minogue did a cover of this song to start her career.  I like the original version best.

"And another one bites the dust..."

Pretty much all the original rockers like Little Richard, Chuck Berry, etc are gone.  Now we're seeing the second wave begin to leave us.  Is it just coincidence or is there something about drummers that makes them die first?  Charlier Watts, Neil Peart, Graeme Edge.

The last few threads have made me play some of the oldies.  Here's one by Little Richard.
