Velvet Underground....one of the first underground bands.  They were good but not as good as they thought they were.  This song is called Sister Rae.  We would listen to this while stoned.

Yo-Yo Ma is considered by most people to be a classical musician.  A cello master.  But he is an all round musician, having played with many popular artists.  In this song he accompanies James Taylor on George Harrison's "Here Comes the Sun."  Enjoy.

Paul Simon has had a very long career exploring different musical styles, beginning with  folk in the sixties to African to South American in the '70's 80's and 90's.  He is definitely not afraid to experiment by mixing and matching different groups and types.  This song is one of his most popular, with a tinge of Africa and South America along with a solid back beat aka rock and roll.  Totally different from his Mrs Robinson days with Art Garfunkel.  

This is a live version.  It doesn't have studio version vocals but it captures the excitement of a huge audience.  Enjoy!

I really like the Ricky Nelson original but this is just as good.  The steel guitar makes is just a little more laid back than the original.
