Warren Zevon (Werewolves of London) was a brilliant composer and musician back in the '70's to 90's.  After a sparkling beginning to his career he fell into drugs and almost died.  His bookings dried up, and he eventually cleaned himself up and resumed his career, but then he contracted cancer and eventually died.  He wrote songs for a lot of other musicians, particularly Linda Ronstadt, who was instrumental in his recovery from alcohol and drugs.  This song (Not werewolves of London) is a humorous take on getting your S#*t together.

This guy topped the country charts for about 3 decades until he had a stroke that forced him to retire.  His voice was very smooth.

I love Van the Man!  But I don't have that song...will have to add it to my phone.

I think Brown Eyed Girl and Wild Night are among the best arranged songs ever.
