Drained all the oil out of the sump on my Norton and wiped some of the bugs from last year off of it.
Charged and realized the battery for the Triumph is roached.  Angry

Maybe I'll get a new one tomorrow. Maybe not. I need some new riding boots. Maybe I'll go to Fruitvale and look.....

...if you go, say hi to Nigel and Shenequa at Leather and Steel.

I have the Avon Roadriders on my GS and really like them. And they look great to IMO.

Fired up the cafe/rat today and found a bad spark plug and some spots of weeping fuel.  Good thing I have a few plugs lying around but the tank will need another coat on the inside.  Also, washed my Versys, cleaned the chain and adjusted the chain tension.  Found a loose bearing on the rear that needs attention.

Guess I'll have to go see Justbike for some bearings.

I got my seat back from Dano, all nicely redone, with a bit of non-OEM sculpting and denser foam for my bony butt and shakey legs.........looks real nice, to me, anyway.....pretty much all the winter touch-ups are done on the 850, except for carb balancing, after changing jets.   Hope it at least starts..... Embarrassed

Took the wheels off the Z1R cleaned them and polished them, took off the engine covers cleaned polished and resealed the alternator cover hopefully no more leaks this year, picked up new brake pads and some misc. parts from the Kawasaki shop.   Changed the oil and filter on the CB650 and the blue Z1R   Mixed up a martini turned on the stereo and sat back and gazed at the bikes for a few minutes. Turned off the lights and went upstairs. It was then that June reminded me that I had left her Jeep outside again in the damp cold air and failed to move it back inside again.   It appears I had my priorities all backwards!

Sold my motorcycle.  A good day, but also a sad day today for me. Cry
One of the Twins is gone.......sold to a very nice young member that frequents this forum.  Bike will be picked up tomorrow.  I've been riding it for 3 years or so and must say it has been one of the best rides I've set me rear on.  Lots of "gitty up and go" with handling to match.  Riding solo or double on it has been a pleasure.
The red one has left.
Hey, did you guys know that red is the faster color?

Best of luck to the new owner and please be safe out there.
