i really did pull this out of a barn. 67 suzuki T200 X5 invader 200cc twin 2 stroke. 5 speed. it is going to be my motogyro bike. finally got one. little bit of work to do though. got a 71 honda CB350 also which is stuck. the susi does turn over, got lucky there.

I can definitely see potential there Mark,  have fun with that one.

June and I are down to one more bike to resurrect this winter and we can take a break for a while.

yeah it's going to be a fun project for sure. this is the first tubular frame for suzuki getting away from the pressed steel frames. little brother to the famous X6 hustler. i have got most of the missing parts so far. does anyone know where one can get good quality seat foam? I CAN GET A NEW COVER AND THE PAN IS IN GOOD SHAPE. the only plastic is the headlight shell so every thing else can be powdercoated. did i mention i hate painting, too much work.

Look up Re-bond foam. It's chipped foam and glued together and different density's are available. I used to build gym equipment and this was the foam used for benches.

things are progressing on the suzuki. waiting on seals for the motor and then it can go back together. new rims, spokes and tires. powder coating is done. that blue is close as i could get to an original color for those bikes. i need help finding carbs for it, mine are nfg, they are VM22SH. the bolt spacing is 39mm. tons of carbs with 48mm spacing. might have to make some other carb work somehow. any suggestions?

well it's all in one piece now. just waiting on new plugs that were very hard to find. some guy on ebay had a box of ten for 9.99 us. what a deal.

Being partial to BLUE, it's dazzling.

What colour is that blue Ken?  It looks very similar to the Planet Blue Metallic on the ‘75 CB750.

it is a two coat powder job. blue under coat with a special clear coat on top which really brought out the metallic finish. can't remember the colour of the blue. it's at the shop.
