Post by: Steve G. on December 03, 2023, 05:59:11 PM

Ross was looking for info on the painter I’ve taken my fender to:

  Bike FX Inc.      https://www.yellowpages.ca/bus/British-Columbia/Surrey/Bike-Fx-Inc/102066979.html

  Leedam is his name.

I had a guy in Kamloops for a bit but then he changed shops and the new one would not let him take on any cycle work. Too bad he was pretty fast. I have a line on a possible new shop in a Vernon and will try that out in the new year. I do some myself but this is not one of my strong points.
A decent looking paint job is imports to a good rebuild.

Adam Egborg at Metalcraft in Maple Ridge is an amazing painter. He used to paint the cars for us at work.

Guy we used before him was Travis Brown at Sharp Touch Restoration, also in Maple Ridge. He painted my LeMans.

Expert Collision in Kamloops did my KZ1000 tank.  The guy said they don't normally do bike stuff but I convinced him.  Told him he was recommended by the Kawasaki dealer.  Cost me $1,000.
