Popular yes, but cheap like a Suzuki GS...not that cheap is bad though.  I can't understand why the entire GS series aren't in greater demand.  They were a great series of bikes, right from the 450 on up.

Back in the day they advertised a burger, fries and a coke with change back from your dollar.  At that rate you could go to McDonalds about 15,000 times to equal the price of a decent Z1.  A REALLY nice one with low S/N would probably be about 25 to 30 grand and that's US dollars.

Trevor I am seeing the Suzukis climbing lately and I like that.
The Z1's always seem to fetch a high price likely because of our old stubborn minds and reluctance to enjoy or accept the other one as something worthy.
Nice to see the Suzies finally getting what they deserve recently
