Thinking about a group ride on Sunday, after coffee.

Nothing horribly long, just a fun trip for those of us not attending Trevor's island fun-run and sausage party.

Some of you who don't live in the area have mentioned that you enjoyed the Langley back roads that I've taken you down when we've gone for a ride together.

I'm going to do a tour of the fun, curvy, twisty roads hidden around Fort Langley. It will be about 90k total. We will have coffee at Porters, and eventually end up back in Fort Langley for a burger and a pint.

Bring a full tank of fuel and something that likes corners.

Who's in?

Not in the budget this year.

We booked a cruise to Alaska and then Jenn's truck decided to need a new engine so the fun money is a bit tight.

Besides, I've been to Gold River three times, I know what it looks like.  Grin

Never took a cruise but have been there in a motorhome and really liked it.

Going back up there and the Yukon maybe next year again.

I may be in for this quick sprint. There is still "residual" commitments from last weekends "super family reunion", but I'll be at Porters at the very least.
And, I have a particular allergy for straight roads, and constant determination at chicken strip elimination.

No pressure Ross, as always, ride your own ride.

The pace will be fairly brisk but not impound speeds. The speed limit in this area tends to be pretty low but the roads are much more friendly to smooth and steady travel rather than outright hooliganism.

I'll be at coffee, but unfortunately, my assumptions on residual family activities are still here, won't make the ride.
