Actually Rob. There is a part I could use if you can find it. I need a LH front caliper mounting bracket. When did twin disk conversion on the 1000 the LH I got was striped so I ended up with 2 RH ones and the offset is very slightly different between the two. I'm running both sides with a RH bracket and unless I run pads that are about 1/3 worn the caliper will hit the rivets on the disk. Be nice to have the correct one. Suzuki PN is 59150-34020, same for '78/'79 and #6 on the parts diagram. Thanks buddy.

Any and all bits and pieces of a wiring harness would be appreciated.  I've had to do some re-wiring after my Regulator/Rectifier began spiking 16 volts at a fast idle. That fried some of the multi-connectors which began melting.  I fixed it with a replacement Reg/Rec and by utilizing individual connections with shrink wrap, BUT, some original 1980 harness connectors and lengths of wire would likely come in handy.  Actually, I imagine many parts of the harness from various years would be similar, or adaptable.

Hey everyone, I'm cleaning out most of my Suzuki GS parts so I thought I would announce it here in case anyone needs some GS parts. Most of the parts are for 77-80 GS750-GS1000 8 valve bikes. There are complete bikes there but everything is in boxes of nut's and bolts and would need full resto. Let me know if there's anything you need or want.

FYI.........just had a 2015 Honda CB-500 X traded in at Kamloops Dodge.  It's the Honda version of a 500 cc ADV/Tour bike (Goggle it).  This little beauty apparently was owned by a very cautious and nervous rider who only put around 5K on it. Since he traded it in on a 4 wheeler of some sort, I'm sure he didn't get a huge trade-in dollar, since we're a Car/Truck dealer, not a M/C dealer. It has street tires, not the dual sport type.  No obvious dings or scratches and looks virtually showroom fresh. I asked the Boss about it, and he said he wants it gone soon so we don't get stuck with it all winter.  I'm sure something in the $4-4500 range would get the boss considering it.  If anyone is interested, I could take a few photos.  The Boss Man is Paul Johnson, at 250-374-4477.  You could make it know to him that you heard about from me, and maybe gain me a few brownie pints.
